Advice To New Bloggers

The inimitable Gilligan over at Retrospace has some truly excellent advice for blogging newbies. I concur with just about everything he says, though see the comment I made for one or two minor quibbles. Numbers 1-3, 6, and 9 are particularly important, I think.
