Is it just me, or does Thales & Friends sound like a sitcom? I can hear the promo now... "Watch Thales and his Presocratic friends as they travel around the ancient Greek world, calculating eclipses, arguing over the essential substance of the universe, solving crimes with only the power of their minds, and getting up to all kinds of wacky hijinks and hilarious shenanigans! Coming this Fall to CBS!"
