The English Are Just So Much More CIVILIZED!
Instead of boinking little boys, all this English clergyman did was get wasted at the Irish embassy's Christmas party (can you imagine the booze?!?) and forget his stuff in a stranger's car! Much more wholesome.

I particularly liked the part when he was discovered in the back of a car playing with childrens toys and when asked what he thought he was up to replied "I am the Bishop of Southwalk. This is what I do."
