I don't know much about MySpace really, so this article goes over my head a bit. It does lead me to ask, however, just why so many people are into MySpace. What's the appeal? What I've seen of it really hasn't impressed me, to be honest. I must be missing something, though.

It's good for keeping track of friends that you don't see often. You can take a look at what they're up to or just drop a very brief note or silly comment. Of course, if your friends are mainly technophobes like mine then it quickly loses its appeal, except for snooping.
