I see you touched a nerve with Mr. Scott. The guy couldn't hack it in New York City, and now he works at a call center or whatever in Seattle, just about as far away from Manhattan as someone without a passport can get.
Anyways New York as the place to make it is so 1994. Shanghai, Dubai, London etc are where its at. London rents are 50% higher than Manhattan.
