I'm totally confused by all of these links. Actually, I was a little bit pleasantly surprised that Ms. Spears dealt with it so well. Who the hell cares about all this? Did anyone expect Lindsay Lohan to have perfect grammar? And what's so bad about Evite? I quite like it myself.
No, I didn't think Lindsay would have perfect grammar in a Blackberry post, but the whole thing is just ridiculous in its unself-consciousness and bizarre rambling. The "People are mean" line just sent me wailing with laughter, and I thought the comments and faux-grading were funny addenda, so I linked it all.
And after all the boneheaded moves Britney's made over the years, right up to her incessant vag showing, it'll take a little more than a fairly coherent (and probably extensively vetted and proofread by others) note that basically says, "Sorry, y'all, I'm gonna go buy some panties so I'm not letting the world be my gynecologist all the time!" to not see her as dumb, dumb, dumb.
And why think of Victoria's Secret NOW? Why not, oh I don't know, after the first time your cooter was plastered all over the media?!?!?
And I have nothing against Evite; that wasn't what was dumb. What was dumb was that lady who took twenty minutes to think of a response. The whole article is kinda dumb, too.
