Some bloody BRILLIANT person came up with Tea & Sympathy, a British-themed restaurant and store in NYC. I soooooooo need to go there! My Anglophilia would just explode in a place like that. I'd be talking like Madonna in no time! *hehehehehe* And it would certainly be nice to find a nice lad with an accent... *dream*

I've been there many times. The waitstaff are always right.
It's a little frou frou, though, and expensive for what it is. Right next to a Fish and Chips shop called "A Salt and Battery". That alone is reason enough not to go.
There are better cafes. Demoines in the EV used to be nice.
